On Running. Ocho and Ibs tell us what motivates them to run, what they listen to when doing sports and why it is important to support sport platforms like Kings Island for young kids, especially in difficult areas.
People’s Republic of Europe is the result of a commissioned work for Warrior Shangai, a Chinese street wear and shoe company. The origin of this company is deeply rooted in China but with today’s global market the brand became trendy along the youngsters of the Netherlands. We took the chance to follow a few Chinese born artist along their journey as professionals in Europe. While sharing their experiences, they help us to see Europe with different eyes.
Every Living Thing. The films “Wolves” and “Jaguars” are part of a 4-Episode series about the importance of preserving essential ecosystems, and the endangered species who live in them. Both pieces presented a challenge due to the humble budget but in which I felt free to explore an uncommon storytelling, using experimental narrative techniques and directing the work of different artist and animation studios. The series was made in close collaboration with True Life Story.
